Bill, in the debate on TV you said that you want to make our systems of social services(transportation, healthcare, etc.) more capitalist instead of government-run. How will this new way of thinking prevent the corruption that has been rampant in the corporate world, and how will we deal with companies such as Delta Airlines and Mirant that go out of business yet have executives you make millions in stock trading in their consortium group of companies? Directors in large corporations share information among one another, and legally trade stocks based on this information, making millions off this corporate system.

Fraud is rampant because of loopholes, which includes
tax loopholes. The FairTax, which is a huge sales
tax intended to replace the income tax, may not have
loopholes when first implemented, but would soon have them afterwards.
Monopolies are regulated by the Public Service Commission, PSC. I plan to have the PSC expanded with more power,
so it can look into accreditations, like the monopolist bar association.
Even though the PSC is an elected body, I would expect, and have heard, the PSC can be easily corrupted. That part could be a problem.
I am also for government controlling airports, roads, prisons, etc. Another operation is second tier health care, where
the state pays for health care using personnel from a lower
accreditation system, where the cost would be less.
One operation that I do not want to be capitalized is our prisons.
