BBGov: "Hate Teachers" from debate I said at the Albany debates last night: "I hated teachers, not personally." Several comments came in today. One was: "Mr. Bolton - I had been leaning towards voting for you. However, after watching you on the debate last night, I have changed my mind. When you stated that you hated teachers, you lost the vote of many Georgians. I teach - you hate teachers - therefore, you lose my vote." ======Answer====== Thanks for writing. The 'hate' is not for individual teachers, but teachers as a whole because they are a monopoly, which makes it so we, the public, do not have a choice. My greatest hate, is why we are not taught law and court procedures in our high schools. Law is something each of us can use. Instead of law, I was forced to learn about Shakespeare and other writers, none of which has any value to me. Furthermore, I could not read it anyway!!! It wasted my time. In my unscientific survey, the teachers do not want to be bothered with teaching law. Every person in this country should be mad. This monopoly is costing us jobs in a world wide economy. Please look at my alternative on my web site that allows capitalism for grades 11 and 12. A first step for our nation to reform our education system. Thanks for listening, Bill Vote BBGov.org
